These are my new favorite cooking ingredients!! Dietary restrictions prevent me from using salt so I really look for something to add better flavors to my dishes. I have tried several of these oils--pecans and olive varieties--and absolutely LOVE them! They are so aromatic and add just the extra punch and savoriness to my dishes. They can add a delicate hint or fuller flavoring, depending on the one I use. You've got to try these!
